Also known as “The Mess Maker” “Jacket” or “Jen Jen”. Jen is the Fish Wife Sweets cake decorating extraordinaire Jen has helped at FWS since 2017. It wasn’t until covid in 2020 when FWS started offering cakes, this was her opportunity to bring her lifelong cake decorating skills to FWS, and started her cake decorating career.
